The Open Source LAN this semester is this Friday April 5th in LWSN B134 from 7-10pm. We will be playing open source games. Bring your laptop or PC! It will be easier if you install the games in advance, but you will be able to install upon arrival as well …

There is a member meeting this week. James Miller will be coming to give another talk about installing Arch from scratch. If you missed this the first time or you'd like to go through it again, this is a great opportunity to get a deeper understanding of the Linux installation …

Linux 101, Session 2 will be Wednesday, March 6, at 7:00 PM in LWSN B158.

We will cover package managers and file systems, so if you are having trouble installing a piece of software on your Linux machine, this would be a great session to attend!

Come see the fastest computers on campus, and some of the people that maintain them! The MATH Supercomputer Tour this semester is Monday, Feb 18th at 6:30pm. We will meet at 6:20pm outside of LWSN B128 and walk to the MATH building.
